I think that one of the biggest challenges people face when starting on the path to a healthier lifestyle is just that- they don't know where to start. This can be dangerous. Many people find themselves falling into fad diet traps- and make no mistake- fad diets are traps. And so the cycle begins: a few weeks of extreme dieting followed by binge eating. This creates a health rollercoaster that starts with your weight dropping low and soaring high in excess- which has health concerns in itself. These diet rituals do not encourage lasting weight loss and prolonged health. 

 

By making subtle changes to the diet, you can make a gradual shift to a healthier lifestyle that will last much longer than any weight loss achieved by the latest fad.
